The Back In Shape Aquafitness class is custom designed for individuals wanting to return to a fitness program but requiring a gentle approach to muscle toning and cardio because of joint or range of motion concerns. Participants range in fitness levels but the target groups encompasses those suffering from arthritis, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, motor vehicle accidents etc.

This program is offered through the Ottawa Athletic Club under the direction of the treating physiotherapist.
