Lorraine McCormack is a registered physiotherapist specializing in Re-Education Posturale Globale (RPG), a physiotherapy technique created and taught by Philippe Em. Souchard, a French Physiotherapist. The technique consists of employing a series of gentle and progressive exercises that involve groups or chains of muscles. The exercises will correct the alignment of the joints; retrain muscles that have become weak; and stretch muscles that have become tight.
