Adam Eikenberry is a Kinesiologist, with a B.Sc. Hons. (Kin) and M.Sc. from Lakehead University. He brings his knowledge, experience and skills of exercise science, sports, and rehabilitation to the clinic, offering individualized exercise programs for motor vehicle accident, neurological, musculo-skeletal, and work-related injuries. His services include helping individuals with medical problems or special needs to create, implement, and monitor their specialized exercise program. |

Carol Weerdenburg has a B.Sc. (Biol) from Western and a M.Sc. (Biol) from Waterloo. She was introduced to Pilates during her training in modern dance. She studied at the Stott Pilates International Training Centre in Toronto specializing in both Mat and Reformer. Carol has worked in fitness instructor training since 1990 and has been an invited speaker at many national and international training conferences. |
